Strawberry Avocado Feta Salad with Pistachios & Crispy Onions

1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
1 ripe banana
250 ml almond milk
1–2 tbsp honey (adjust to taste)
1–2 tbsp almond butter or 10–12 raw almonds
Ice cubes (optional)
1. Prepare the ingredients
Peel the banana, cut the avocado into chunks, and measure all ingredients.
2. Blend
Add avocado, banana, almond milk, honey, and almond butter (or almonds) into a blender.
3. Blend until smooth
Blend on high speed for 30–60 seconds until creamy and silky smooth.
Add ice cubes if you want a colder, thicker texture.
4. Serve
Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
