½ ripe avocado
1 ripe banana
1 cup fresh spinach or kale
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1. Prepare the Ingredients
Peel the avocado and banana. Wash the spinach or kale thoroughly.
2. Blend
Add the avocado, banana, spinach or kale, and almond milk to a blender.
3. Mix Until Smooth
Blend on high speed until creamy and smooth. Add more almond milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.
4. Serve
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
