Ingredients

  • 2 cups sparkling water or lemon-lime soda

  • 1 cup ice cubes

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon or lime juice

Instructions

1.  Prepare the berry base

In a bowl or pitcher, lightly mash the mixed berries to release their juices while keeping some texture.

2.  Mix the flavors

Add the berry juice, simple syrup (or honey), and fresh lemon or lime juice to the mashed berries. Stir well until combined.

3.  Chill the mixture

Refrigerate the berry mixture for at least 15–20 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.

4.  Assemble the punch

Just before serving, add ice cubes to the pitcher. Slowly pour in the sparkling water or soda and gently stir to keep the fizz.

5.  Serve and garnish
