2 ripe kiwis, peeled and sliced

1 cup pineapple juice

1/2 cup sparkling water or ginger ale

1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice

1–2 teaspoons honey or sugar (optional, to taste)

Prepare the Kiwi Base
Place the sliced kiwis in a blender and blend until smooth. If you prefer a clearer drink, strain the mixture to remove seeds. -
Mix the Juice
In a pitcher or large glass, combine the kiwi puree with pineapple juice and lime juice. Stir well. -
Sweeten (Optional)
Taste the mixture and add honey or sugar if desired. Stir until fully dissolved. -
Add Ice and Fizz
Fill serving glasses with ice cubes. Pour the kiwi–pineapple mixture over the ice, then top with sparkling water or ginger ale. -
Garnish and Serve
Garnish with kiwi slices, pineapple wedges, and fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately and enjoy chilled.
