Strawberry Avocado Feta Salad with Pistachios & Crispy Onions

A bright, tropical drink that’s fizzy, fruity, and perfect for parties, summer afternoons, or anytime you want something light and refreshing.

2 ripe kiwis, peeled and sliced
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup sparkling water or ginger ale
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
1–2 teaspoons honey or sugar (optional, to taste)
Ice cubes
For Garnish (optional):
Kiwi slices
Pineapple wedges
Fresh mint leaves
Prepare the Kiwi Base
Place the sliced kiwis in a blender and blend until smooth. If you prefer a clearer drink, strain the mixture to remove seeds.
Mix the Juice
In a pitcher or large glass, combine the kiwi puree with pineapple juice and lime juice. Stir well.
Sweeten (Optional)
Taste the mixture and add honey or sugar if desired. Stir until fully dissolved.
Add Ice and Fizz
Fill serving glasses with ice cubes. Pour the kiwi–pineapple mixture over the ice, then top with sparkling water or ginger ale.
Garnish and Serve
Garnish with kiwi slices, pineapple wedges, and fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately and enjoy chilled.
For a mocktail party version, use ginger ale for extra flavor.
To turn it into a cocktail, add a splash of rum or vodka.
Chill all ingredients beforehand for the best taste.
