Strawberry Avocado Feta Salad with Pistachios & Crispy Onions

This layered smoothie is refreshing, naturally sweet, and visually stunning. Each layer brings a different fruity flavor, making it perfect for
breakfast, a healthy snack, or a summer treat.
1 cup blueberries
1 mango, peeled and sliced
2 passionfruits, seeds scooped out
1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
A handful of ice cubes

1, Prepare the blueberry layer
Add the blueberries, a few ice cubes, and a splash of milk to a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into the bottom of a glass and place it in the
freezer for 5–10 minutes to set.
2. Prepare the mango layer
Rinse the blender. Add mango slices, a splash of milk, and honey if using. Blend until thick and smooth. Gently pour this layer over the
blueberry layer using the back of a spoon. Chill briefly.
3. Prepare the passionfruit layer
Blend the passionfruit pulp with the remaining milk and a few ice cubes until smooth. Pour carefully over the mango layer.
4. Serve
Serve immediately with a straw or spoon to enjoy the layers, or gently stir before drinking.
For thicker layers, use frozen fruit instead of ice.
Coconut milk or almond milk pairs especially well with tropical fruits.
Add chia seeds or yogurt for extra nutrition.
Fresh, colorful, and full of fruity flavor, this layered smoothie is as fun to look at as it is to drink.
