Pasta Salad with Spinach, Feta Cheese & Cranberries ๐Ÿฅ—๐Ÿง€๐Ÿ’

Ingredients (Serves Multiple People):

  • 200 g of short pasta (rigatoni, penne, or fusilli)

  • 2 cups of fresh spinach

  • 100 g of feta cheese, cubed

  • 1/2 cup of dried cranberries

  • 1/3 cup of chopped and toasted walnuts

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon of honey

  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Pasta:
