
Cookies & Cream Cookie
Cookies & Cream Cookies Ingredients: (Makes ~24 cookies)
For the Cookie Dough: 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
½ cup brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2¾ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1½ cups crushed Oreo cookies (about 12-15 Oreos)
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
For Topping & Decoration: Mini Oreo cookies, for garnish (optional)
½ cup white chocolate, melted, for drizzling
Instructions:
Prepare the Cookie Dough
In a large mixing bowl, beat together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Mix in eggs, one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Gently fold in crushed Oreos and chocolate chips until evenly distributed. Chill the Dough (Important Step!)
Cover the dough and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (this prevents cookies from spreading too much while baking). Bake the Cookies
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Scoop dough into balls (about 2 tbsp each) and place on the prepared baking sheets.
(Optional) Press a mini Oreo cookie into the center of each dough ball for extra crunch!
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden (the centers may look slightly underbaked but will set as they cool). Decorate with White Chocolate
Let cookies cool completely on a wire rack.
Melt white chocolate and drizzle over the cookies for a beautiful cookies & cream finish! Serve & Enjoy!

Store cookies in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Pro Tips & Variations:
Want a gooier texture? Add ½ cup white chocolate chips to the dough.
