Ingredients

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crispy Beef

  1. Pat the beef slices dry with a paper towel.

  2. Toss them in cornstarch, ensuring each piece is well coated.

  3. Heat ¼ cup vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
