
Honey Soy Crispy Beef and Noodles Recipe π―π₯’π
A delicious combination of crispy beef, stir-fried vegetables, and egg noodles tossed in a sweet and savory honey soy sauce. Perfect for a quick and satisfying meal!

Ingredients
For the Crispy Beef:

1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced against the grain

β cup cornstarch

¼ cup vegetable oil (for frying)
For the Noodles & Stir-Fry:

8 oz egg noodles, cooked and drained
-
1 tbsp sesame oil
-
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
-
1 cup broccoli florets
-
2 garlic cloves, minced
-
1 tsp ginger, grated
For the Sauce:
-
¼ cup soy sauce
-
3 tbsp honey
-
1 tbsp rice vinegar
-
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
-
½ tsp chili flakes (optional, for heat)
-
¼ cup chicken broth or water
For Garnish:
-
1 tbsp sesame seeds
-
2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crispy Beef
-
Pat the beef slices dry with a paper towel.

Toss them in cornstarch, ensuring each piece is well coated.

Heat ¼ cup vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.

Fry the beef in batches until crispy and golden brown (about 2-3 minutes per side). Avoid overcrowding the pan.

Remove and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
2. Cook the Noodles

Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and toss with 1 tbsp sesame oil to prevent sticking. Set aside.
3. Stir-Fry the Vegetables

In the same pan, remove excess oil, leaving about 1 tbsp for stir-frying.

Add garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant (about 30 seconds).

Toss in the red bell pepper and broccoli florets, stirring frequently for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
4. Make the Sauce

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, hoisin sauce, chili flakes, and chicken broth.

Pour the sauce into the pan with the vegetables, stirring well.
5. Combine Everything

Add the crispy beef back into the pan, tossing to coat with the sauce.

Gently fold in the cooked noodles, mixing everything together until well coated.
6. Garnish & Serve

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
