KFC-Style Coleslaw Recipe

Ingredients:
1 small cabbage, finely shredded
2 carrots, peeled and shredded
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon sour cream (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:
Prepare the vegetables: In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and carrots.

Prepare the dressing: In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, milk, and sour cream (if using). Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved and the dressing is smooth and even.

Combine: Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrot mixture. Mix well to ensure all vegetables are well coated with the dressing.

Refrigerate: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the salad for at least 2 hours, or until thoroughly chilled. This allows the flavors to blend and the salad to develop a better texture.

Adjust the seasoning: Before serving, taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
