Cheese Bread Without Oven in 20 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of milk

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

  • 1 cup of grated cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)

  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour

  • 2 tablespoons of butter (melted)

  • Optional: 1 tablespoon of dried oregano or herbs for added flavor

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, salt, and baking powder until smooth.

  2. Add the Dry Ingredients: Gradually sift the flour into the mixture, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Add the melted butter and stir until the dough comes together. It should be a thick batter, not too runny.

  3. Mix in the Cheese: Fold the grated cheese into the dough. If you like, you can also add some dried oregano or herbs for extra flavor.

  4. Cook the Bread: Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Lightly grease it with a bit of butter or oil. Once the pan is hot, pour the dough into it and spread it evenly.

  5. Cover and Cook: Cover the pan with a lid and let the bread cook for about 10 minutes on low heat. After 10 minutes, flip it over carefully using a spatula, and cook the other side for another 5-10 minutes until both sides are golden brown and the bread is cooked through.

  6. Serve: Once the cheese bread is cooked, remove it from the pan and let it cool for a couple of minutes. Slice it and serve warm.

Tips:

  • You can add extra seasonings like garlic powder, chili flakes, or herbs to customize the flavor.

  • The bread is best eaten fresh, but you can store leftovers in an airtight container for a day or two.
