
Cheese Bread Without Oven in 20 Minutes
Ingredients:

1/2 cup of milk

2 eggs
-
1/2 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon of baking powder

1 cup of grated cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)

1 cup of all-purpose flour
-
2 tablespoons of butter (melted)

Optional: 1 tablespoon of dried oregano or herbs for added flavor
Instructions:

Prepare the Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, salt, and baking powder until smooth.

Add the Dry Ingredients: Gradually sift the flour into the mixture, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Add the melted butter and stir until the dough comes together. It should be a thick batter, not too runny.

Mix in the Cheese: Fold the grated cheese into the dough. If you like, you can also add some dried oregano or herbs for extra flavor.

Cook the Bread: Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Lightly grease it with a bit of butter or oil. Once the pan is hot, pour the dough into it and spread it evenly.

Cover and Cook: Cover the pan with a lid and let the bread cook for about 10 minutes on low heat. After 10 minutes, flip it over carefully using a spatula, and cook the other side for another 5-10 minutes until both sides are golden brown and the bread is cooked through.

Serve: Once the cheese bread is cooked, remove it from the pan and let it cool for a couple of minutes. Slice it and serve warm.

You can add extra seasonings like garlic powder, chili flakes, or herbs to customize the flavor.

The bread is best eaten fresh, but you can store leftovers in an airtight container for a day or two.
