Ingredients:
1 green apple
2 tablespoons of oats
1 tablespoon of almonds
1 cup of milk (can be plant-based)
1 tablespoon of honey
1 teaspoon of chia seeds
Ice to taste
Instructions:
Wash and chop the apple, removing the core and seeds.
Place all the ingredients in a blender.
Add ice and blend until smooth.
Serve and enjoy immediately.
Notes:
You can substitute honey with a natural sweetener.
Add more milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.
