Green Apple Oat Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 green apple

  • 2 tablespoons of oats

  • 1 tablespoon of almonds

  • 1 cup of milk (can be plant-based)

  • 1 tablespoon of honey

  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds

  • Ice to taste

Instructions:

  1. Wash and chop the apple, removing the core and seeds.

  2. Place all the ingredients in a blender.

  3. Add ice and blend until smooth.

  4. Serve and enjoy immediately.

Notes:

  • You can substitute honey with a natural sweetener.

  • Add more milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.
