Moist & Soft Cake
Ingredients:
- 185g Plain Yogurt
- 100g Sugar
- 80ml Oil
- 170g All-Purpose Flour
- 4g Baking Powder
- 3g Baking Soda
- 1.5g Salt
- 60ml Milk
- 4.2g Vanilla Extract
Instructions:
1. Mix the sugar and yogurt until the sugar dissolves.
2. Add oil, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
3. Sift in all the dry ingredients and combine.
4. Pour the batter into a baking pan.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for 45 minutes.
6. Remove the pan and let the cake cool upside down on a cooling rack.

Doughnuts Recipe
Ingredients (12 doughnuts):
- 300g bread flour
- 205ml warm milk
- 38g sugar
- 3g instant yeast
- 3g salt
- 28g unsalted butter, room temp
- Cooking oil
- Sugar (for coating)
Instructions:
1. Combine milk, sugar, and yeast. Mix well.
2. Add flour and salt, knead to form a dough. Cover and let it rest for 20 minutes.
3. Add softened butter and continue kneading until the dough is elastic and stretchy. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
4. Punch the dough to remove air bubbles. Divide into 12 equal portions, roll into smooth balls, and form into ring shapes. Place on a floured surface, cover, and let rise for 40 minutes.
5. Heat cooking oil in a deep pan to about 160°C (320°F). Deep fry the donuts on medium-low heat until both sides are golden brown.
6. Coat the warm donuts with sugar or your favorite topping.

Ingredients:
- 240g milk (room temperature)
- 42g melted butter or cooking oil
- 15g water
- 25g sugar
- 1.5g salt
- 120g all-purpose flour
- 10g baking powder
- 4–5g vanilla extract

1. Combine the milk, water, and melted butter in a bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.
2. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
3. Heat a griddle or pan over medium-high heat (350-375°F). Grease the pan with butter or oil.
4. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan. Cook until bubbles form (about 1-2 minutes), then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side (2 minutes). Repeat with the remaining batter.
5. Serve with butter, maple syrup, or your favorite toppings.
Makes about 7 pancakes
