Juicy Beef Patties
Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp each: black pepper, smoked paprika, granulated garlic, onion powder
- 2 lbs ground chuck
Steps:
1. Prepare a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Whisk together the seasonings.
3. Pour the seasoning mixture over ground beef in a large bowl. Gently combine.
4. Divide the meat into 6 portions (5.3 oz each) and shape into patties. Place on the prepared tray with parchment between layers to prevent sticking.
5. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tbsp neutral oil. Cook burgers for 2-3 minutes per side. Press the Patty down if desired. Add cheese and cover to melt if desired.
6 Assemble with your favorite vegetables and sauces.
