Oven Baked Potato Chips
Ingredients:
- 2 russet potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. Slice the potatoes into thin rounds (slightly thinner than ⅛-inch).
3. Rinse the potatoes in cold water until the water runs clear. Soak them for 15-30 minutes, then drain and dry them well.
4. In a dry bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
5. Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on the baking sheets.
6. Bake until crispy, flipping halfway through, for 20-25 minutes.
Storage: Keep the cooled potato chips in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
