
Salted Caramel Apple Crumble – Baked Cinnamon Apples with Buttery Crumble

1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
150 g brie cheese, cut into small cubes
½ cup cranberry sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
small rosemary sprigs
powdered sugar (optional)

Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F.
Roll out the puff pastry slightly.
Cut into 12 small squares.
Grease a mini muffin pan.
Press each pastry square into the muffin cups to form little shells.
Place a cube of brie cheese into each pastry cup.
Top with 1 teaspoon cranberry sauce.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until:
pastry is golden
cheese is melted.
Top with:
rosemary sprigs
light drizzle of honey (optional).
