Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese Bagel

Seasoning

1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 teaspoon olive oil
Instructions

1. Prepare the Bagels

Slice the bagels in half horizontally.

Toast them in a toaster or oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 3–4 minutes until lightly golden and crisp.

2. Prepare the Cream Cheese Spread
In a small bowl mix:

lemon juice

lemon zest

a pinch of black pepper

a little chopped dill
Stir until smooth and creamy.
