2 oranges, peeled and cut into segments

Instructions

1. Make the Crust

In a bowl combine:

crushed graham crackers

sugar
-
melted butter
-

Mix until it resembles wet sand.

Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.

Refrigerate for 20 minutes to set.
2. Prepare the Cheesecake Filling

In a large bowl beat cream cheese until smooth.

Add powdered sugar, vanilla, orange zest, and orange juice.

Mix until creamy.
In a separate bowl:

whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
Fold the whipped cream gently into the cream cheese mixture.
3. Assemble the Cake

Spread a layer of cheesecake filling onto the crust.

Arrange orange segments evenly.

Cover with the remaining cheesecake mixture and smooth the top.
4. Chill
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) until firm.
5. Decorate and Serve
