No-Bake Orange Cream Cheesecake

Ingredients

Crust

  • 200 g graham crackers (or digestive biscuits), crushed

  • 100 g unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 tbsp sugar

Cheesecake Filling

  • 400 g cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • ¾ cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp orange zest

  • 2 tbsp orange juice

Fruit Layer

  • 2 oranges, peeled and cut into segments

Topping (Optional)

  • whipped cream

  • extra orange zest

  • orange slices

1. Make the Crust

  1. In a bowl combine:

    • crushed graham crackers

    • sugar

    • melted butter

  2. Mix until it resembles wet sand.

  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.

  4. Refrigerate for 20 minutes to set.


2. Prepare the Cheesecake Filling

  1. In a large bowl beat cream cheese until smooth.

  2. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, orange zest, and orange juice.

  3. Mix until creamy.

In a separate bowl:

  • whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.

Fold the whipped cream gently into the cream cheese mixture.


3. Assemble the Cake

  1. Spread a layer of cheesecake filling onto the crust.

  2. Arrange orange segments evenly.

  3. Cover with the remaining cheesecake mixture and smooth the top.


4. Chill

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) until firm.


5. Decorate and Serve

Top with:

  • whipped cream

  • orange slices

  • orange zest

Slice and serve chilled.
