Air Fryer Stuffed Pickles Recipe

⭐ A must-try snack for pickle lovers and cheese fans alike!

Ingredients:

  • 6 large dill pickles (cut in half lengthwise)

  • 4 oz (½ block) cream cheese, softened

  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning mix

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ¼ cup turkey bacon bits (pre-cooked)

  • Optional: chopped chives or green onions for garnish

Instructions:

1. Prep the Pickles

  • Slice each pickle in half lengthwise.

  • Using a small spoon or melon baller, scoop out the center seeds to create a little “boat” for stuffing. Pat dry with paper towels to reduce excess moisture.

2. Make the Filling

  • In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning, shredded cheddar, and turkey bacon bits.

  • Mix until well blended and creamy.

3. Stuff the Pickles

  • Spoon or pipe the cheesy mixture into the hollowed-out center of each pickle half. Press down slightly to pack the filling.

4. Air Fry to Perfection

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

  • Place stuffed pickles in the air fryer basket in a single layer (work in batches if needed).

  • Air fry for 6–8 minutes, or until the tops are golden and bubbly.

5. Serve & Enjoy!

  • Remove carefully and let cool for 1–2 minutes.

  • Garnish with chopped chives or green onions if desired. Serve warm and crispy!

πŸ’‘ Tips:

  • Want it spicier? Add a few dashes of hot sauce or mix in diced jalapeños to the filling.

  • Prefer it crispier? Top with a sprinkle of panko crumbs before air frying.

  • Make it keto-friendly by skipping the bacon bits or using low-carb cheese.
