
Air Fryer Stuffed Pickles Recipe
β A must-try snack for pickle lovers and cheese fans alike!
Ingredients:

6 large dill pickles (cut in half lengthwise)

4 oz (½ block) cream cheese, softened

1 tbsp ranch seasoning mix

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
-
¼ cup turkey bacon bits (pre-cooked)
-
Optional: chopped chives or green onions for garnish
Instructions:
1. Prep the Pickles

Slice each pickle in half lengthwise.

Using a small spoon or melon baller, scoop out the center seeds to create a little “boat” for stuffing. Pat dry with paper towels to reduce excess moisture.
2. Make the Filling

In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning, shredded cheddar, and turkey bacon bits.

Mix until well blended and creamy.
3. Stuff the Pickles

Spoon or pipe the cheesy mixture into the hollowed-out center of each pickle half. Press down slightly to pack the filling.
4. Air Fry to Perfection

Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Place stuffed pickles in the air fryer basket in a single layer (work in batches if needed).

Air fry for 6–8 minutes, or until the tops are golden and bubbly.
5. Serve & Enjoy!

Remove carefully and let cool for 1–2 minutes.

Garnish with chopped chives or green onions if desired. Serve warm and crispy!
