Savory Pork Buns
Dough:
- 780g all-purpose flour
- 4.5g instant dry yeast
- 25g lard
- 25g sugar, to taste
- 340-350ml warm water

Filling:
- 500g ground pork
- 30g light soy sauce
- 15g dark soy sauce
- 5g oyster sauce
- 5g salt
- 0.5g white pepper
- 12g sugar
- 60g scallion, ginger, and pepper water
- 20g hot oil

Instructions:
1. Combine the ingredients and knead until dough is smooth and stretchy. Cover and let it rest for 1 hour in a warm place.

2. Divide the dough evenly, roll out each piece, add filling, and seal. Let them rise for 30–40 minutes until puffy.

3. Steam the buns for 15–20 minutes once the water boils.
