Bolillo (Mexican Bread Roll)

Ingredients:

๐Ÿž 2 cups all-purpose flour
๐Ÿ’ก 1 teaspoon salt
๐Ÿฅ› 1/4 cup sugar
๐Ÿฅ› 1/2 cup warm milk
๐ŸŸ 1 teaspoon dry yeast
๐ŸŒฟ 1 teaspoon melted butter


Instructions:

๐Ÿ”„ In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, sugar, and dry yeast.
๐Ÿฅ› Add the warm milk and mix until smooth.
๐ŸŒฟ Add the melted butter and mix well.
๐Ÿ”„ Knead the dough for about 10 minutes.
๐Ÿ”ฅ Let the dough rest for 1 hour until it doubles in size.
๐Ÿž Shape into rolls and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15–20 minutes.
