Creamy Strawberry & Kiwi Smoothie πŸ“πŸ₯πŸ€€πŸ₯°

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced πŸ“

  • 2 ripe kiwis, peeled and chopped πŸ₯

  • 1 banana (for extra creaminess) 🍌 (optional)

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (or any yogurt of choice) πŸ₯›

  • ½ cup milk (dairy or plant-based) πŸ₯›

  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness) 🍯

  • ½ cup ice cubes ❄️

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the ingredients:

    • Wash and slice the strawberries.

    • Peel and chop the kiwis.

    • If using a banana, peel and slice it.

  2. Blend everything together:
