
Ingredients:
3 ripe mangoes
1 can condensada (370 ml)
1 can evaporada (370 ml)
1 all purpose cream (optional)
1 nata de coco
1 cup small sago cooked (white/clear)
25g gelatin powder yellow (manggo flavor)
Procedures:
1. In a pot pour 1.5L water add the gelatin powder (25g) and bring to a boil.
2. When boils remove from heat and let it set.
3. Peel the mangoes and slice it into cubes.
4. Cut the jelly into cubes
5. In a large bowl combine all the ingredients, mangoes, sago and the jelly then add the 370 ml kremdensada, evaporated milk and all purpose cream.
6. Mix all together, into the freezer for 3 hrs or you can add ice cubes to serve it right away.
