1 tbsp butter
Sauce

4 cloves garlic, minced

150 ml heavy cream

50 ml chicken broth
-
1 tbsp parmesan cheese (optional)

1 tsp paprika or chili flakes
-
1 tsp lemon juice
Optional Base

Mashed potatoes or rice
Garnish

Fresh chives or parsley

Cracked black pepper
Instructions

1. Cook the Shrimp
-
Season shrimp with salt and pepper.
-
Heat olive oil + butter in a pan.
-
Sear shrimp 1–2 minutes per side until pink.

Remove and set aside.
2. Make the Sauce
-
In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant.
-
Add chicken broth and simmer briefly.
-
Pour in heavy cream and stir.
-
Add paprika, parmesan, and lemon juice.
-
Simmer until slightly thickened.
3. Combine
-
Return shrimp to the pan.
-
Toss gently in the sauce for 1–2 minutes.
4. Serve

Spoon over mashed potatoes or rice.

Garnish with chives and black pepper.
