½ cup ketchup
-
2 tbsp honey
-
1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp vinegar

1 tsp mustard

1 tsp garlic (minced)

Instructions

1. Prep the Ribs
-
Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F).

Remove membrane from ribs.

Rub with dry seasoning evenly.
2. Bake Low & Slow
-
Wrap ribs in foil.
-
Bake for 1.5 hours until tender.
3. Make BBQ Sauce
-
Mix all sauce ingredients in a pan.
-
Simmer for 5–7 minutes until slightly thick.
4. Glaze & Grill
-
Remove ribs from foil.
-
Brush generously with BBQ sauce.

Grill or broil 5–10 minutes until caramelized.
