BBQ Pork Ribs (Restaurant Style)

Ingredients

Ribs

  • 700 g pork ribs

  • Salt & black pepper

Dry Rub

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp salt

BBQ Sauce

  • ½ cup ketchup

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp vinegar

  • 1 tsp mustard

  • 1 tsp garlic (minced)

Sides

  • French fries

  • Salad (lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes)


Instructions

1. Prep the Ribs

  • Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F).

  • Remove membrane from ribs.

  • Rub with dry seasoning evenly.


2. Bake Low & Slow

  • Wrap ribs in foil.

  • Bake for 1.5 hours until tender.


3. Make BBQ Sauce

  • Mix all sauce ingredients in a pan.

  • Simmer for 5–7 minutes until slightly thick.


4. Glaze & Grill

  • Remove ribs from foil.

  • Brush generously with BBQ sauce.

  • Grill or broil 5–10 minutes until caramelized.


5. Serve

Plate with:
