Instructions

1. Make the Crepe Batter
In a bowl whisk together:

milk

sugar

melted butter

vanilla
-
salt
Mix until smooth. Let batter rest 10 minutes.
2. Cook the Crepes

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Pour a small ladle of batter and swirl to make a thin layer.

Repeat until batter is finished.
3. Prepare the Cream
Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
4. Assemble the Pouches

Place a crepe flat on a plate.

Gather the edges of the crepe to form a pouch.
5. Decorate
