🧾 Ingredients

Main

  • 3 large Bell Pepper (red, yellow, or mixed), halved & deseeded

  • 250g beef steak (cut into small cubes)

  • 200g shrimp (peeled & deveined)

  • 150g mozzarella cheese (shredded)


Seasoning

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)

  • Salt & black pepper to taste


Extra Flavor

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • Fresh parsley, chopped

1. Prep the Peppers

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)

  • Place halved bell peppers on a baking tray

  • Lightly drizzle with olive oil and pre-bake for 10 minutes (softens them)


2. Cook the Steak

  • Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan

  • Add beef cubes, season with salt, pepper, paprika

  • Sear until browned (3–4 minutes)

  • Remove and set aside


3. Cook the Shrimp

  • In the same pan, add butter + garlic

  • Add shrimp, cook 1–2 minutes per side

  • Add lemon juice and chili flakes

  • Remove from heat


4. Assemble

  • Fill each pepper with steak

  • Add a layer of cheese

  • Top with shrimp

  • Sprinkle more cheese on top


5. Bake

  • Bake for 15–20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly


6. Serve

  • Garnish with fresh parsley

  • Serve hot
