3 large Bell Pepper (red, yellow, or mixed), halved & deseeded

250g beef steak (cut into small cubes)

200g shrimp (peeled & deveined)

150g mozzarella cheese (shredded)
Seasoning

2 tbsp olive oil
-
3 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tsp paprika
-
½ tsp chili flakes (optional)

Salt & black pepper to taste

1 tbsp butter
-
1 tbsp lemon juice

Fresh parsley, chopped
👩🍳 Instructions

1. Prep the Peppers
-
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
-
Place halved bell peppers on a baking tray
-
Lightly drizzle with olive oil and pre-bake for 10 minutes (softens them)
2. Cook the Steak
-
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan
-
Add beef cubes, season with salt, pepper, paprika
-
Sear until browned (3–4 minutes)
-
Remove and set aside
3. Cook the Shrimp
-
In the same pan, add butter + garlic
-
Add shrimp, cook 1–2 minutes per side
-
Add lemon juice and chili flakes
-
Remove from heat
4. Assemble
-
Fill each pepper with steak
-
Add a layer of cheese
-
Top with shrimp
-
Sprinkle more cheese on top
5. Bake
-
Bake for 15–20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly
6. Serve

Garnish with fresh parsley

Serve hot
