1 bunch Asparagus, trimmed

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp butter
-
1 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning

Salt & black pepper

1/2 tsp paprika
-
1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp soy sauce or oyster sauce

Instructions

1. Sear the Shrimp
-
Heat oil + 1 tbsp butter in pan
-
Add shrimp, season with salt, pepper, paprika
-
Cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink
-
Remove and set aside
2. Cook Asparagus
-
In same pan, add remaining butter + garlic
-
Toss in asparagus
-
Stir-fry 3–5 minutes (still slightly crisp)
3. Combine
-
Return shrimp to pan
-
Add lemon juice + sauce
-
Toss everything together for 1–2 minutes
4. Serve

Sprinkle parsley
-
Serve hot (great with rice, pasta, or low-carb as is)
