🥭 4 Mango Dessert Recipes


1️⃣ Mango Sago Drink (Creamy Mango Tapioca Drink)

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe mango (diced)

  • 1/2 cup small tapioca pearls (sago)

  • 1 cup mango puree

  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk or coconut milk

  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk (adjust to taste)

  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Boil sago pearls in water for 10–15 minutes or until translucent. Drain and rinse in cold water.

  2. In a blender, blend part of the mango with condensed milk and evaporated milk to make a thick mango milk base.

  3. Mix in the cooked sago, diced mango, and ice (optional).

  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy chilled!


2️⃣ Mango Sago Dessert (Thick Spoonable Version)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mango cubes

  • 1/2 cup cooked sago pearls

  • 1 cup mango puree

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream or all-purpose cream

  • 1/4 cup condensed milk (to taste)

  • Optional: nata de coco, jelly cubes

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine mango puree, cream, and condensed milk. Mix until smooth.

  2. Stir in sago pearls, mango cubes, and any optional add-ins.

  3. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving. Scoop with a spoon and enjoy cold!


3️⃣ Mango Bingsu (Mango Shaved Ice Dessert)

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe mango (cubed)

  • 1 cup milk (freeze into ice blocks)

  • 1/4 cup condensed milk

  • Optional toppings: lychee, mango jelly, whipped cream

Instructions:

  1. Freeze sweetened milk into ice blocks.

  2. Use a fine ice shaver or bingsu machine to shave the milk ice into fluffy snow.

  3. Pile shaved milk ice into a bowl. Top with mango cubes and drizzle generously with condensed milk.

  4. Add lychee or other toppings and serve immediately!


4️⃣ Mango Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe mangoes (blended into puree)

  • 1 cup heavy cream (cold)

  • 1/2 cup condensed milk

  • Mango cubes (for topping)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whip cold heavy cream until soft peaks form.

  2. Gently fold in mango puree and condensed milk. Mix well.

  3. Pour into a container, cover, and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.

  4. Scoop and serve with extra mango cubes on top.
