Strawberry Avocado Feta Salad with Pistachios & Crispy Onions

Ingredients:
1 ripe mango (diced)
1/2 cup small tapioca pearls (sago)
1 cup mango puree
1/2 cup evaporated milk or coconut milk
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk (adjust to taste)
Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
Boil sago pearls in water for 10–15 minutes or until translucent. Drain and rinse in cold water.
In a blender, blend part of the mango with condensed milk and evaporated milk to make a thick mango milk base.
Mix in the cooked sago, diced mango, and ice (optional).
Pour into a glass and enjoy chilled!

1/2 cup heavy cream or all-purpose cream
1/4 cup condensed milk (to taste)
Optional: nata de coco, jelly cubes
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine mango puree, cream, and condensed milk. Mix until smooth.
Stir in sago pearls, mango cubes, and any optional add-ins.
Chill for at least 1 hour before serving. Scoop with a spoon and enjoy cold!

Instructions:
Freeze sweetened milk into ice blocks.
Use a fine ice shaver or bingsu machine to shave the milk ice into fluffy snow.
Pile shaved milk ice into a bowl. Top with mango cubes and drizzle generously with condensed milk.
Add lychee or other toppings and serve immediately!
