
Creamy Cajun Lobster Pasta – Tender Lobster in a Bold Cajun Cream Sauce
Creamy Cajun Lobster Pasta combines rich seafood flavor with a silky cream sauce. The lobster meat remains tender while the sauce coats the pasta with a smooth glossy texture.
Cajun seasoning adds warmth and color, while cream softens the spice and creates balance. Garlic builds aroma and depth as the sauce slowly thickens in the pan.

Ingredients (Serves 2–3)
250 g pasta (fettuccine or linguine)
2 lobster tails, meat removed and sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
For the Cajun cream sauce
2 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup seafood or chicken broth
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped
Step-by-step cooking
Step 1 – Cook the pasta
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve about ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
Step 2 – Prepare the lobster
Slice the lobster meat into thick pieces and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Step 3 – Sear the lobster
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the lobster pieces and cook for about 1–2 minutes until just opaque. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Step 4 – Build the garlic butter base
In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Cook gently for about 20–30 seconds until fragrant.
Step 5 – Create the cream sauce
Pour in seafood broth and heavy cream. Stir to combine and allow the mixture to simmer for about 3 minutes.
Step 6 – Add seasoning
Stir in Cajun seasoning and smoked paprika. Allow the sauce to thicken slightly.
Step 7 – Add parmesan
Mix in grated parmesan cheese until the sauce becomes smooth and glossy.
Step 8 – Combine pasta and sauce
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly in the sauce.
Step 9 – Return the lobster
Add the lobster pieces back to the skillet and gently fold them into the pasta.
Step 10 – Garnish and serve
Sprinkle chopped parsley on top and serve immediately while the sauce is warm and creamy.
