Creamy Garlic Butter Pork Chops with Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients
For the Pork Chops:

4 bone-in pork chops (about 1-inch thick)

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon paprika

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons butter
-
4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream
-
½ cup chicken broth
-
½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
For the Cheesy Potatoes:

1½ pounds baby potatoes (halved)

1 tablespoon olive oil
-
Salt and pepper to taste

½ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons butter
-
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Potatoes

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Add baby potatoes and cook for 12–15 minutes until fork-tender.

Drain and set aside.

In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.

Add potatoes cut-side down and cook until golden and crispy.

Sprinkle cheese over potatoes, cover for 1–2 minutes until melted.

Garnish with parsley and keep warm.
Step 2: Season the Pork

Pat pork chops dry with paper towels.

Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Step 3: Sear the Pork Chops

Step 4: Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce

Step 5: Finish Cooking
