🍎 Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium apple (peeled and chopped, or leave the peel for more fiber)

  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 cup milk (any kind: dairy, almond, oat, etc.)

  • Optional:

    • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (for extra sweetness)

    • A few ice cubes (if you want it colder)

    • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt (for creaminess and protein)

Instructions:

  1. Add the chopped apple, oats, cinnamon, and milk to a blender.

  2. (Optional) Add sweetener, yogurt, or ice if desired.

  3. Blend on high until smooth and creamy (about 30–60 seconds).

  4. Pour into a glass and sprinkle a little extra cinnamon on top if you'd like.

  5. Garnish with apple slices and a cinnamon stick for a beautiful touch (optional).
