Turmeric Smoothie


โœจA creamy, golden smoothie packed with anti-inflammatory benefits and a touch of natural sweetness.

๐Ÿ“ Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk (dairy, almond, coconut, or any preferred plant-based milk)

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric

  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup

  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger (optional)

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • A handful of fresh spinach (optional, for added nutrients)

  • Ice cubes (as desired)


๐Ÿฅฃ Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender: milk, banana, turmeric, honey or syrup, ginger, cinnamon, spinach (if using), and ice.

  2. Blend until smooth – about 30–60 seconds depending on your blender.

  3. Taste and adjust: Add more honey or a splash more milk if needed.

  4. Serve immediately in a tall glass and enjoy chilled!
