White Sangria with Summer Fruits 🌞


A refreshing and colorful drink, perfect for sunny gatherings, brunches, or outdoor dinners. This white sangria bursts with fresh summer fruits and citrusy sparkle.


✨ Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle of dry white wine (750 ml)

  • 500 ml lemon soda (or sparkling lemonade)

  • 200 g strawberries, sliced

  • 200 g peaches, sliced

  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced

  • 1 orange, thinly sliced

  • 2 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)

  • A few fresh mint sprigs

  • Ice cubes (optional)

  1. Prep the Fruits
    Wash and slice all the fruits. You can keep the peels on the citrus fruits for extra flavor and visual appeal.

  2. Mix the Base
    In a large pitcher or jug, combine the white wine and sugar. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.

  3. Add the Fruits & Mint
    Add the strawberries, peaches, lemon slices, orange slices, and mint sprigs to the wine mixture. Gently stir.

  4. Chill
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let the flavors infuse. Overnight is even better!

  5. Add the Fizz
    Just before serving, pour in the lemon soda to give it that refreshing sparkle. Add ice cubes if desired.

  6. Serve
    Pour into glasses with some fruit in each serving. Garnish with mint and an extra fruit slice if you like.
