Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders


Savory Chicken and Bacon Delights on Hawaiian Rolls – perfect for game day or a quick dinner!


๐Ÿง‚ Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works great)

  • 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

  • ½ cup ranch dressing

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp dried parsley

  • Optional: sliced pickles or tomato for layering


๐Ÿณ Instructions

1. Preheat Oven
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Assemble the Sliders

  • Slice the rolls in half horizontally (keep the bottoms and tops connected).

  • Place the bottom half in a greased baking dish.

  • In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with ranch dressing.

  • Layer the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom buns.

  • Sprinkle chopped bacon over the chicken.

  • Add cheese on top.

  • Optional: Add sliced pickles or tomatoes if desired.

  • Cover with the top half of the rolls.

3. Butter Topping

  • Mix melted butter with garlic powder and dried parsley.

  • Brush the mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.

4. Bake

  • Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes.

  • Uncover and bake for another 5 minutes until tops are golden and cheese is melted.
