✅ 1. Prep the Shrimp:

Rinse the shrimp and pat dry with paper towels.

Season lightly with salt, pepper, and a pinch of garlic powder.

Prepare three separate bowls or plates:

Flour + cornstarch mix: Combine flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Eggs: Beat the eggs until well mixed.

Breadcrumbs: Place panko breadcrumbs in a shallow bowl.

Dip each shrimp first into the flour mixture, coating evenly.

Then dip into the beaten eggs, letting the excess drip off.

Finally, coat with panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently so the crumbs stick.

Heat oil in a deep pan or skillet over medium-high heat (about 170–180°C / 340–355°F).

Fry the shrimp in batches (don’t overcrowd the pan) for 2–3 minutes or until golden and crispy.
