Peach Ice Cream Dessert 🍑❄️

Ingredients:

• 1 liter of milk

• 1 can of condensed milk

• 5 tablespoons of cornstarch

• 4 egg yolks

• 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

• 3 cups of cream ice cream

• 1 can of peaches in syrup (half chopped, half in slices)

Preparation:

In a saucepan, combine the milk, condensed milk, cornstarch, and egg yolks. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and let it cool.

Add the vanilla extract, the ice cream, and the chopped peaches. Mix well. Pour the mixture into a medium oven-safe dish, decorate the top with the peach slices, and refrigerate for 3 hours. Serve chilled and enjoy! 🍨
