Tortilla Wraps with Ground Beef

Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade seasoning)
- 1/2 cup water
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup salsa
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
- Lime wedges (optional)
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add the chopped onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet with the beef. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables soften.
3. Stir in the taco seasoning and water. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes, allowing the mixture to thicken and become flavorful.
4. While the beef mixture is simmering, warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
5. Once the beef mixture is ready, spoon a generous portion onto the center of each tortilla.
6. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the beef mixture and top with sour cream and salsa.
7. Optionally, garnish with chopped cilantro and a squeeze of lime juice for added flavor.
8. Roll up the tortillas, folding in the sides as you go to secure the filling inside.
9. Serve the tortilla wraps warm with extra salsa or sour cream on the side.
