Shrimp Alfredo Pasta 🍀🍝

A creamy, cheesy, and delicious pasta dish that’s easy to make at home!

For the Pasta & Shrimp:

  • 200 g fettuccine, cooked and drained

  • 20 shrimp, cleaned and deveined

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon ground white pepper

For the Alfredo Sauce:

  • 2 cups heavy cream

  • 250 g shredded Manchego cheese

  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for garnish)

1️⃣ Cook the Pasta

  1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil.

  2. Add the fettuccine and cook according to the package instructions (usually 8-10 minutes).

  3. Drain and set aside.


2️⃣ Prepare the Shrimp

  1. In a large pan over medium heat, melt the butter.

  2. Add the garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

  3. Add the shrimp and season with salt and white pepper.

  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until they turn pink and opaque.

  5. Remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside.


3️⃣ Make the Alfredo Sauce

  1. In the same pan, pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer.

  2. Add the salt and white pepper, stirring well.

  3. Gradually add the shredded Manchego cheese, stirring constantly until fully melted and creamy.


4️⃣ Combine Everything

  1. Add the cooked fettuccine to the sauce and mix well.

  2. Return the shrimp to the pan and toss everything together.

  3. Cook for 2 more minutes, allowing the flavors to blend.
