1 cup warm milk (250ml)

3 1/2 tablespoons melted butter (50g)

1 tablespoon vanilla extract (or vanillin)

1 cup room-temperature water (250ml)
Instructions:

Prepare the Batter:

In a blender or food processor, grind the oats until you get a fine flour-like consistency.

Add the eggs, warm milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.

Gradually add the water while blending, ensuring the batter is smooth and slightly thick.
