Healthy Oat Pancakes Recipe in 5 Minutes ๐Ÿฝ๏ธโœจ

No Sugar & No Flour

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rolled oats (220g)

  • 1/2 teaspoon fine salt (3g)

  • 4 fresh eggs

  • 1 cup warm milk (250ml)

  • 3 1/2 tablespoons melted butter (50g)

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract (or vanillin)

  • 1 cup room-temperature water (250ml)


Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Batter:

    • In a blender or food processor, grind the oats until you get a fine flour-like consistency.

    • Add the eggs, warm milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.

    • Gradually add the water while blending, ensuring the batter is smooth and slightly thick.

  2. Let the Batter Rest (Optional):

    • If you have time, let the batter sit for 5-10 minutes. This allows the oats to absorb some liquid and creates fluffier pancakes.

  3. Cook the Pancakes:

    • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.

    • Pour a small ladle of batter into the pan, forming a circle.

    • Cook for about 1-2 minutes, until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set.

    • Flip the pancake and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

  4. Serve & Enjoy:

    • Stack the pancakes and serve them warm.

    • Top with fresh fruit, yogurt, honey, nuts, or your favorite healthy toppings.
