
Delicious Sweet Bread ๐
Ingredients
For the dough:

300 ml warm milk ๐ฅ

100 g sugar ๐ง

1 tablespoon dry yeast ๐

80 g melted butter ๐ง
-
1 egg ๐ฅ
-
600 g wheat flour ๐พ

1 teaspoon salt ๐ง
For the filling:

250 g sugar ๐ฌ
-
100 g melted butter ๐ง
For decoration:

½ cup hot milk ๐ฅ
-
Grated coconut to taste ๐ฅฅ
๐ฉ๐ณ Preparation

Prepare the dough: In a bowl, mix the warm milk, sugar, yeast, melted butter, and egg. Whisk for a minute.

Incorporate the flour: Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing and kneading until a smooth and elastic dough forms.

First rise: Cover the dough and let it rest in a warm place until it doubles in size.

Prepare the filling: In a separate bowl, mix the 250 g of sugar with the 100 g of melted butter until a creamy paste forms. Set aside.

Roll out the dough: Divide the dough into two parts and roll each one out with a rolling pin.

Add the filling: Spread the butter and sugar mixture over each rolled-out dough piece, then roll them up tightly.

Shape the bread: Cut each roll into 6 portions and place them on a greased baking tray. Repeat with the other half of the dough.

Second rise: Let the rolls rest until they double in size again.

Bake: Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Final touch: While still warm, pour ½ cup of hot milk over the bread and sprinkle with grated coconut.
