Omelet Muffins with Ham, Cheese, and Vegetables ๐Ÿง๐Ÿฅš๐Ÿง€๐Ÿฅ“๐ŸŒฟ

Ingredients:

  • 8 eggs

  • 1 red bell pepper

  • 100g shredded cheese

  • 50g spinach

  • 100g cooked ham

  • Black pepper

  • Salt


Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:

    • Dice the red bell pepper into small pieces and set aside.

  2. Preheat the Oven & Grease the Molds:

    • Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).

    • Lightly grease muffin molds with a bit of oil.

  3. Mix the Ingredients:

    • In a large bowl, beat the eggs.

    • Add the diced bell pepper, chopped ham, chopped spinach, and shredded cheese.

    • Season with salt and black pepper. Mix well.

  4. Fill the Muffin Molds & Bake:

    • Pour the mixture evenly into each muffin mold.

    • Bake for 15 minutes or until set and slightly golden.

  5. Cool & Serve:

    • Let the muffins cool slightly before removing them from the molds.

    • Serve warm and enjoy these delicious, nutritious omelet muffins!
