Nopal and Pineapple Juice

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of fresh pineapple

  • 1 glass of water (250 ml)

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 1 medium nopal (cactus paddle), cleaned and chopped

  • 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)

  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the ingredients – Peel and cut the pineapple into small chunks. Clean the nopal by removing any spines and chop it into pieces.

  2. Blend – In a blender, add the pineapple, chopped nopal, lemon juice, and water. Blend until smooth.

  3. Strain (optional) – If you prefer a smoother texture, strain the juice to remove any pulp.

  4. Sweeten (optional) – Add honey if you want a sweeter taste and mix well.

  5. Serve – Pour into a glass, add ice cubes if desired, and enjoy immediately!
