STRAWBERRY, LEMON, CUCUMBER, AND MINT WATER

This refreshing and detoxifying infused water is perfect for staying hydrated while enjoying natural flavors.

Ingredients (for 1 liter of water):

  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced

  • 1 cup of strawberries, hulled and sliced

  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced

  • A handful of fresh mint leaves

  • 1 liter (4 cups) of cold water

  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

1️⃣ Prepare the ingredients

  • Wash all the ingredients thoroughly.

  • Slice the cucumber, strawberries, and lemon into thin pieces to maximize flavor extraction.

2️⃣ Combine in a pitcher

  • In a large pitcher or jar, add the sliced cucumber, strawberries, lemon, and fresh mint leaves.

3️⃣ Add water and let it infuse

  • Pour 1 liter of cold water into the pitcher.

  • Stir gently to combine all the flavors.

4️⃣ Chill for best results

  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours (or overnight for a stronger infusion).

5️⃣ Serve and enjoy

  • Fill glasses with ice cubes (if desired), pour the infused water, and enjoy a naturally refreshing drink!
