Garlic Chili Mussels – Tender Mussels in a Fragrant Garlic Chili Butter Broth

Garlic Chili Mussels focus on bold aroma and vibrant broth. When mussels are steamed properly, they open quickly and absorb the flavors of the broth while remaining tender.

The broth begins with garlic sautéed in butter, releasing a rich aroma. Chili flakes add warmth while white wine and broth create a light yet flavorful sauce.

As the mussels open, they release natural juices that blend with the broth, creating a glossy seafood sauce perfect for dipping bread.
