
DELICIOUS AND REFRESHING COCONUT LEMONADE π€€ππΉπΈπ₯₯ππ

Ingredients:

1 cup coconut milk (you can use canned coconut milk or coconut beverage)

1/2 cup cold water

Juice of 4 lemons (or to taste)

3–4 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste, or substitute with honey or stevia)
-
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

1/4 teaspoon salt (optional, helps balance the flavors)
-
Ice to taste
Optional for extra creaminess and foam:
-
1/4 cup coconut cream or heavy cream (for a creamier texture)
-
A few drops of sparkling water (for a light foam on top)
Instructions:

Prepare the base:
In a blender, combine the coconut milk, cold water, lemon juice, sugar, vanilla extract (if using), and salt (if using). Blend for about 30 seconds until everything is well mixed and the sugar is dissolved. -
Add the ice:
Add a generous amount of ice to the blender. Blend again until the mixture is cold, frothy, and slightly thickened. -
Optional – Add creaminess:
If you want your coconut lemonade extra creamy, add the coconut cream or heavy cream at this stage. Blend again just until incorporated. -
Serve:
Pour into glasses filled with ice. If you want a little foam on top, you can add a few drops of sparkling water right before serving — it creates a refreshing and fun fizzy finish! -
Garnish (optional):
Decorate with a slice of lemon or a sprinkle of shredded coconut for a beautiful presentation.
