Strawberry Avocado Feta Salad with Pistachios & Crispy Onions

1 cup fresh pineapple cubes
Juice of 1 lemon
2 stalks of celery
1 medium cucumber (peeled or unpeeled, as you prefer)
1 green apple (with skin, seeds removed)
1 small piece of fresh ginger (about 1–2 cm, peeled)
1 glass of cold water (about 200 ml)
Ice to taste (optional)
Prepare the ingredients:
Wash all the fruits and vegetables thoroughly. Cut the cucumber, celery, and green apple into smaller pieces for easier blending.
Blend:
In a blender, combine the pineapple cubes, cucumber pieces, celery, green apple, lemon juice, ginger, and cold water. Blend on high speed until completely smooth.
Strain (optional):
If you prefer a lighter juice, you can strain the mixture using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth. If you like a thicker, smoothie-like consistency, you can skip this step.
Add ice:
Pour the juice into a glass filled with ice if you want it extra refreshing.
Serve immediately:
