Ingredients
For the Panna Cotta

2 cups heavy cream
-
1 cup whole milk
-
1/3 cup sugar
-
2 tsp vanilla extract
-
2 1/2 tsp gelatin powder
-
3 tbsp cold water
For the Mango Topping
-
2 ripe mangoes, diced
-
1/3 cup mango puree
-
2 tbsp sugar
-
1 tsp lemon juice
Garnish
-
Fresh mint leaves
-
Extra mango cubes
Instructions
Step 1: Bloom the Gelatin

Add cold water to a small bowl.
-
Sprinkle gelatin powder over the water.

Let it sit for 5 minutes until softened.
Step 2: Make the Cream Base
-
In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, milk, and sugar.
-
Heat over medium-low heat until warm but not boiling.
-
Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
-
Remove from heat and add vanilla extract.
-
Stir in the bloomed gelatin until fully melted.
Step 3: Pour & Chill
-
Pour the mixture into ramekins or dessert molds.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
Step 4: Prepare the Mango Sauce

Blend half of the mango cubes into a smooth puree.
-
Mix with sugar and lemon juice.
-
Chill until ready to use.
Step 5: Assemble the Dessert

Spoon mango puree over the chilled panna cotta.
-
Top with fresh mango cubes.

Garnish with mint leaves.
