☕ Coffee Jelly Recipe

Coffee lovers, this one's for you! Coffee Jelly is a refreshing, slightly sweet, and delightfully wobbly dessert that's perfect for hot days or whenever you want a unique coffee treat. It’s incredibly easy to make and can be enjoyed on its own or paired with whipped cream or sweetened milk.


🛒 Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee (or strong brewed coffee)

  • 2 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)

  • 2 cups water

  • 2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin powder (or 1 packet)

  • Whipped cream or condensed milk for topping (optional)


🍴 Instructions:

1. Prepare the Coffee Mixture:

  • In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a gentle boil.

  • Add the instant coffee and sugar. Stir well until fully dissolved.

2. Add the Gelatin:

  • Reduce the heat to low.

  • Gradually sprinkle the gelatin powder over the hot coffee mixture, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.

  • Keep stirring until the gelatin is completely dissolved (about 2 minutes).
    (Important: Do not let it boil once gelatin is added, or the texture may be affected.)

3. Set the Jelly:

  • Pour the coffee mixture into a shallow dish or pan.

  • Allow it to cool slightly at room temperature, then transfer it to the refrigerator.

  • Chill for at least 2–3 hours or until fully set.

4. Cut and Serve:

  • Once set, cut the coffee jelly into small cubes.

  • Spoon the cubes into serving glasses or bowls.

  • Top with whipped cream, sweetened condensed milk, or enjoy them plain!
