Coffee lovers, this one's for you! Coffee Jelly is a refreshing, slightly sweet, and delightfully wobbly dessert that's perfect for hot days or whenever you want a unique coffee treat. It’s incredibly easy to make and can be enjoyed on its own or paired with whipped cream or sweetened milk.
🛒 Ingredients:

2 tablespoons instant coffee (or strong brewed coffee)

2 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)

2 cups water

2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin powder (or 1 packet)

Whipped cream or condensed milk for topping (optional)
🍴 Instructions:
1. Prepare the Coffee Mixture:

In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a gentle boil.

Add the instant coffee and sugar. Stir well until fully dissolved.
2. Add the Gelatin:

Reduce the heat to low.

Gradually sprinkle the gelatin powder over the hot coffee mixture, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.

Keep stirring until the gelatin is completely dissolved (about 2 minutes).
(Important: Do not let it boil once gelatin is added, or the texture may be affected.)
3. Set the Jelly:

Pour the coffee mixture into a shallow dish or pan.

Allow it to cool slightly at room temperature, then transfer it to the refrigerator.

Chill for at least 2–3 hours or until fully set.
4. Cut and Serve:

Once set, cut the coffee jelly into small cubes.

Spoon the cubes into serving glasses or bowls.

Top with whipped cream, sweetened condensed milk, or enjoy them plain!
