Decadent Fruit, Nut, and Whipped Yogurt Platter with Banana, Berries & Pecans


Ingredients:

1 cup plain Greek yogurt (full fat or 2%)

1 tablespoon honey (optional, for sweetness)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 banana, sliced

1/2 cup fresh strawberries, halved

1/3 cup fresh blueberries

1/4 cup fresh raspberries

2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds (optional)

1/4 cup toasted pecans

2 tablespoons chopped walnuts

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon hemp hearts

1 tablespoon shredded coconut (unsweetened)

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Mint leaves for garnish

Directions:

In a medium bowl, whisk the Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Spoon the whipped yogurt onto a large serving platter or shallow bowl and spread into a smooth layer using the back of a spoon.

Arrange the banana slices in a curved line down one side of the platter.

Add strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and pomegranate seeds in clusters around the yogurt base, varying colors and textures for visual appeal.

Sprinkle the toasted pecans and walnuts across the top for crunch.

Add chia seeds, hemp hearts, and shredded coconut evenly over the fruits and yogurt.

Dust lightly with cinnamon and top with fresh mint leaves for a refreshing finish.

Serve immediately or chill for up to 30 minutes before serving.
