  • 2 oz white rum

  • 1 oz cranberry juice (unsweetened or sweetened to taste)

  • 1 oz orange juice (freshly squeezed is best!)

  • 1/2 oz lime juice (freshly squeezed)

  • 6–8 fresh mint leaves

  • Sparkling water or club soda, to top

  • Ice cubes

🍹 Instructions:

  1. Muddle the mint
    In a sturdy glass or cocktail shaker, gently muddle the mint leaves with sugar/simple syrup and lime juice to release the mint oils—don’t overdo it, just enough to bruise the leaves.

  2. Mix it up
